Check-in & Check-out

When you check in, our staff is standby there and hand over the house's key to you.
When you check out, please inform us at least 30 minutes in advance and our staff will come to collect the house key from you.
Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep ? Should be fine, but please check with us first.
In case the villa is available at the time we get your special extra request, we can be flexible to allow you to check in early for free, starting at 11:00 AM, or check out late until 02:00 PM for free. Outside of this time frame, we will collect an extra fee 500,000 VND.

Shared parking in the parking lot which reserved for residents in this area.
Parking lot is about 30 m from Jolie House villa.
Parking lot is dedicated for kind of cars with 4, 7, 16 seats. In case your vehicle is larger, we will redirect you to park in the adjacent area, about 300 meters from Jolie House.

Jolie House's shop is selling Da Lat specialty products . This shop is located at Da Lat market. Shop's name: Phuong Mai
Da Lat specialty products include: Artichoke tea, dried persimmons, hanging persimmons, crispy persimmons, sweet potatoes, honey-dried sweet potatoes, Dalat wine, Dalat cafe.....
We offer 10% discount for guests staying at Jolie House.
You can go to the counter to buy, or we will deliver them to Jolie House, or deliver to your home.

The rental period for motorbikes is ensured 24 hours/day.
Guests will get motorbikes at Jolie House site.
Each motorbike is equipped with 2 helmets attached.
Jolie House provides mobile motorcycle repair service, we support travelers on-site if their motorbikes have troubles while they are traveling.

Rental price: Manual motorbike 100,000 VND/day, Scooter 130,000 VND/day, excluding holidays and New Year.
